City of Vincent – Information for residents of large complexes

If there are more than 25 units in your complex, your building’s caretaker or managing agent will need to organise a collection for the whole complex by following the steps here. Large complexes are only serviced on the first Thursday of each month.

Look out for signage or correspondence notifying residents in your building of an upcoming collection. Alternatively, you can contact your building’s strata manager or caretaker about your next collection date or to request they organise one. Please do not book a collection through the booking form for a house or small apartment or unit.
