Each residential property is allocated two bulk waste collections and one greenwaste collection per financial year (1 July – 30 June).
You may change any of your bulk waste collections into a greenwaste collection if you prefer – just let us know on the Booking Request form.
Please do NOT complete the booking process if any of the following apply:
- You live in an apartment block with more than 25 units – check here if you’re unsure of how many units are in your complex
- You live in Rebell Place, Poole Place or Lister Close
- Your property is excluded for another reason.
