I agree and understand that...

Waste cannot be collected from laneways, Council land, or vacant blocks.
I will wait until I receive my Place Out notification 3 days before my collection date to place my items on the verge. It will be ready by 7am on my booked collection date.
I will only place out up to 3m3 of accepted items and understand that non-conforming and excess items will not be collected by Verge Valet™. A non-conformance notice will be placed in my letterbox if required.
I need to place my items neatly on my verge, separating my whitegoods, e-waste and mattresses from my furniture and general junk. This allows for items to be separated onsite as much as possible so we can recycle better offsite.
If I need to change or cancel my booking, I will do so by 3:30pm on the business day before my collection or I will lose this collection allocation. I will do this through the 'Changes and cancellations' tab at the top of the Verge Valet™ website.
